SHOP MASVINGO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Shop Masvingo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services as a vendor or buyer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shop Masvingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

Vendors and buyers must provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Vendor Obligations

- Vendors must only list products that are lawful, genuine, and available.

- All prices and descriptions must be accurate.

- Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely and professional manner.

4. Payments and Commission

- Shop Masvingo charges a commission on successful sales (rate shared during onboarding).

- Payments are disbursed to vendors via EcoCash, ZIPIT, or other agreed methods within 2–5 business days.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

- Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information and make prompt payment.

- In the case of cash on delivery, buyers must ensure availability upon delivery.

6. Delivery

- Shop Masvingo may facilitate or coordinate deliveries on behalf of vendors.

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

7. Returns and Refunds

- Buyers may request returns or refunds within 3 days of receiving an item, subject to vendor and platform approval.

- Vendors must respond promptly to any refund or dispute claims.

8. Prohibited Activities

- Using false identities or misrepresenting goods.

- Listing illegal, stolen, or counterfeit items.

- Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

9. Suspension or Termination

- Shop Masvingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

- Shop Masvingo is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

- Vendors are solely responsible for the products they list and sell.

11. Changes to Terms

- These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
