SHOP MASVINGO RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Shop Masvingo, we aim to ensure every customer is
satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order,
we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the
item.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in
the same condition as received.
- Certain products (e.g. personal care, perishables,
undergarments) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, product details, and reason for
return.
- We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
3. Return Process
- Shop Masvingo will coordinate the pickup or return
drop-off depending on the product and location.
- In cases where the product was delivered incorrectly or is
defective, return shipping is free.
- For all other cases, the customer may be responsible for
return delivery costs.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund
will be issued within 2–5 business days.
- Refunds are processed via EcoCash, ZIPIT, or the original
payment method.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item if it's defective or
damaged upon delivery.
- If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a store
credit or refund.
6. Disputes
- If there is a disagreement over a return or refund, Shop
Masvingo will mediate between the buyer and vendor.
- Final decision rests with Shop Masvingo after reviewing
all submitted evidence.
